What's included with technical support?
DataSynch is supported by US-based Support Engineers who are here during normal business hours to make sure DataSynch is always running properly. We require all of our customers to enter support requests in detail via forum or email so we may diagnose the problem.
If the problem is minor, one of our developers will respond via forum or email. If the problem is severe, we will contact you and remote into your system. This process helps us give all our customers the highest quality and most efficent support we can provide.
The forums are the quickest way to get a response as all our developers are notified when a new post is submitted.
