    You are receiving this error because you have a validation rule set, specifying that the billing address must be present. When DataSynch syncs QB Customers to SFDC as Accounts, it adds the address to the customer address field in the QuickBooks Information section. So, either the validation rule would need to be disabled, or modified to use the DataSynch custom field for Billing Address.

    Welcome to the forums.

    It seems you have an Account validation rule in Salesforce.com that is not allowing DataSynch to insert Accounts.

    Would you be able to fine tune the rule so that the user DataSynch uses to synch is not affected by the rule?
