I'm new to Salesforce and Pervasive.  Is it possible to use the total QB transaction amount and sum it up somehow to show a Total Sales number over the life of an account in salesforce?  While not your forte......I bet an online resource of formula fields and custom reports that users can implement with their integration to see data the way they need. is a huge plus.

 The reports in Salesforce already allow you to do this functionality. Are you looking to view that aggregate data in another place?

With Salesforce.com reports, you could have a report that shows you the total for each account in a summary, and drill down on each account if you'd wish.

We have a higher volume customer service center using this data.  Reports just arent feasible to access during a phone call.  Is it possible to see these as fields on the account record?
