If you are experiencing problems connecting to your system ODBC connection please follow these instructions:
- Goto Control Panel>>Admin Tools>Services> list and find the service called "Pervasive DataRep for Salesforce"
- Right click for properties of the service
- Click on the Log On Tab
- Make sure that the service is not running as Local System Account
- Change it to a user on the machine that has Administrator rights and has connection rights to your ODBC Server Connection.
