    New Order - Synch Error

    Answer

    I am trying to process a new order and the following error occurs. Can someone tell me what it means so that I can fix?

     

    QBTransactionErr: 500 - with message: The query request has not been fully completed. There was a required element ("228C3-1233080421") that could not be found in QuickBooks.

    info:Integration done.1 Errors, 0 Warnings, 0 Info messages.

    These errors happen when something is deleted from QuickBooks.

    Please look at the Customer ListID field in the Account , if it matches "228C3-1233080421" , then the Customer has been deleted from QuickBooks.

    Otherwise, look at the products in the Opportunity, one of the products with a linked QuickBooks Item is at fault. In this case the QuickBooks Item must have been deleted by someone.

    In any case, the fix is to clear the List ID field in Salesforce, whether in the Product or the Account, and re-synch that Product/Account.

    Take a look at the product that is in the Opportunity. Does the product have the "required element" specified in the error in the Item ListID field? If so, it means that DataSynch cannot find this Item in QuickBooks. Is it possible that the Item has been marked inactive or deleted?
