    Duplicate contacts created for each of my QB accounts

    Hello,

    When the synch program is synching FROM Quickbooks TO Salesforce it is creating 2 identical contacts for each account in Saleforce. I need to figure why this is happening and how to fix it.

    I have Salesforce Professional edition using QB 2010 (just updated our software 2 days ago).

    Do both newly created contacts have a Customer ListID? Are they the same?

     YES,

     They both have the same exact Customer ListID in Salesforce.com (where I can see it, I don't know where that number is in QB)

     All of my accounts have 2 duplicate contacts!

     Can I give you a way to go into my compute so you can see what's going on?

    Can you please submit a support request from the DataSynch Interface with the option that DataSynch is broken so that we may review your logs? It sounds like there may have been a Salesforce outage when trying insert them so they were created again but we cannot be certain until we review those. Were they created at the same time?

     I don't ses where this option " option that DataSynch is broken" appears in the SUBMIT a ticket form. Please xplain.

    There is a drop-down box which is defaulted to "I'm confused about how something works." You can click on the drop down arrow to select "DataSynch is broken."

    Ensure that you are submitting the ticket through the DataSynch Interface and not www.pervasivedatasolutions.com as the option is not available in the online help form.
