    No Available Entities

Once I get past the credentials screen and to the Salesforce.com Entities there are no Available entities to select.

I also have this same issue.  Any known solutions?

Our apologies for the issues you are experiencing.

How many objects do you currently have in Salesforce?

We are using customers, notes, tasks, events, opportunities(and many others) and have thousands of records in these tables.

When you say "object" I assume you mean the sfdc developer feature of creating custom tables (which sfdc calles "objects").  Including "deleted" objects we have about 40.

We found the issue, have applied a fix, and are currently testing it. If all goes well with the testing, we will have an update tomorrow.

The issue shows when there are more than 100 Salesforce.com objects(custom or standard) in Salesforce.com .

Any word on when this update will be available?  Will we need to do anything on our end?

We just finished testing the fixes, found other issues while doing QA that needed to be addressed as well.

On your end, please make sure that Apollo is currently running. It looks like a circle with an arrow, and it should be in your tray icon area ( bottom right of the taskbar).

An update is now available. Please ensure that Apollo is running so that your DataRep may be updated with the latest version.

The Apollo service was set to disabled... when I enable and start it I get an Intermittant Java error saying "Unable to start application", even though it says Started in the services list.

The new apollo runs in your taskbar(in the tray area to the bottom right), not as a service.

It looks like a circle with an arrow wrapped around it. If you do not see it running, please go to "Start - > All Programs -> Pervasive Apollo"

Unfortunately I have no such menu item.  I'm thinking that the Apollo service was probably a remnant from the previous version of DataRep that I tried installing months ago.  Is there a seperate install for Apollo that I can download.

I tried simply uninstalling DataRep and redownloading but that didn't seem to help.

Apollo is a new service. If you have not recently downloaded DataRep then you may not yet have it. You can download it at www.pervasive.com/webdownload/1723.

Thanks, I got that installed and after a reboot was able to get it to run.  Showed me the DataRep for SFDC and ODBC available for download which I clicked to install.  However, after install completes, clicking the Configure button does nothing.  When I run the configuration wizard from the local website I still get no Entities available.

Ok, after uninstalling and re-installing I'm all good to go.

     Thanks!
