    Not synching since password change in Salesforce

    This happend once before.... Salesforce asked me for a new password. This created a new token. I updated datasynch with the new pwd+token and it seemed to work. But nothing is syncing now. What did I miss, thanks?

     I believe the error seems to be with your license. I am looking into it.

     The license issue came after our initial problem and the license is now fixed it seems. However no invoices are being created still. When we sync we get the message of integration successful but no invoices are being created. This appears to be due to the password change, but I did update the password+token in pervasive and it was successful. So what now? Thanks.

     Please, go into the interface again and re-key your password + security token. The logs state that the synch cannot connect to Salesforce.

     I noticed I have 2 accounts when I go into the datacloud. Which I think was due to a billing problem you had last month. I was previously changing the pwd/token on the one last used in Feb, however this time I updated the first one listed as well. So we'll test that. But can you get rid of the invalid entry whichever that is?

     Sorry for all the confusion. We cleaned it up a bit. Should only see 1 now.

    Please go into the configuration and change your Salesforce username/pass again.
