  • API call limit exceeded in Salesforce

    We have an installation that has caused the number of API calls to exceed 5000 in a 24 hour period. They are syncing every 15 minutes. However, they are not actively using the system yet, so there are no opportunities being created, etc. Shouldn't there essentially be no API calls being made except...
