Timeout problems when trying to "Run Account Matcher Now" for first time

I've tried several times today to run the Account Matcher, and it seems to be timing out. This is the first time running the matcher and we do have a lot of records in both QB and SFDC. To associate with products you must use the product matcher web interface provided within the configuration screens. The application supports products syncing from QuickBooks to Salesforce.com only. Where is the Account Matcher Log file?

The account matcher log file is located in the same location as the regular integration run. The file is located: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Pervasive\DataSolutions\logs\QuickBooks_to_Salesforce.log
