Running Matcher for First Time-No Products Found

I've gotten to the point in install where I am running the matcher for the first time and I select Insert All. It comes back with no products found. I've got hundreds. I've tried the other options and they don't find products either. Help.

Installing/Setup and Can't connect with QB

After installation and then trying to configure, I'm getting " Error Connecting to Quickbooks: Failed to create QB Connection............... I've set up the pervasive user, give access, logged in as admin, etc. Any hints?

Thanks for the suggestion. I did what you said and it says it logs in as the administrator. I am also logged into Windows as that user on that computer, but will also note that I'm doing this via remote desktop. I tried changing the login to the "Logon as the local system account." However...
