This manual holds the latest installation procedures to successfully install the DataSynch product as well as detailed information needed to configure your integration according to your workflow.
General Overview
DataSynch for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for use with QuickBooks will seamlessly sync your customer and transactional data between Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and QuickBooks.
Requirements:
- Windows XP SP2 or Greater (64-bit not supported)
- .NET Framework 2.0
- QuickBooks 2007 or Greater
- Administrator Level access on the system
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Live or On-Premise
- Administrator Level access on CRM
- On-Premise Specific: Internet Facing Deployment Authentication or Active Directory Authentication
Environment:
This application only needs to be installed once within your organization. This application should be installed onto the computer/server which contains the Server Instance of QuickBooks and the QuickBooks Company file. This application supports QuickBooks in Multi-User mode. The application does not need to reside on a system that is hosting the On-Premise CRM.
Installation
- Download the Pervasive DataSynch installation file from the Pervasive DataSolutions Website using the URL and file name you received when you purchased the product.
- Double-click the file. If you haven’t already done so, close all other programs and click Next.

- At the Select Installation Folder screen, a default folder has been selected for you. You may use this or browse for a different directory and click Next.
- DataSynch is now ready to be installed. Click Next to start the installation.

- Once the installation is complete, click Close.
- You have successfully completed the Pervasive DataSynch For use with QuickBooks and MS-CRM Installation.
